Mango Art Festival Returns to River City Bangkok with the Theme 'ICON'

The Mango Art Festival is set to return to River City Bangkok, once again turning the riverside landmark into a vibrant and living canvas of ideas, color, and creative conversations.
Running from Mar. 4 to 8, 2026, the five-day celebration brings together artists, galleries, curators, and art lovers from across Thailand for a vibrant season of exhibitions, talks, performances, and encounters.

This year’s theme, “ICON,” explores how ordinary thoughts and ideas can be transformed into timeless expressions of creativity. In an era of rapid change, the festival invites artists to reimagine what it means to become iconic, through craft, courage, and reclaiming their identity.
This year’s Mango Art Festival unfolds across six main zones on two floors, each one offering a different perspective on what an “icon” is and what it can be.
- Gallery Zone: Leading galleries from Thailand and abroad, including YOD TOKYO & Editions from Japan, gallery. sort of. from the Philippines, and A4 ART GALLERY from Malaysia will be showcasing different creative works.
- Independent Artist Zone: More than 100 independent artists from Thailand and beyond will be gathering at this space to present some of their work. Highlights of this year include Joan Cornellà, Janfive Studio, BGC Glass Studio, Bonyuki, Emon Surakitkoson, and Nawat Cubic.
- Newcomer Zone: 95 emerging artists will be spotlighted in this zone, ready to step forward as the next generation “icons” to look forward to.
- Craft Zone: Traditional craftsmanship and handicraft will be reimagined with modern, sustainable designs.
- Special Exhibition Zone: Exclusive shows, including “Little Man” by TOR and a Special Collection curated by Nim Niyomsin, will be showcased.
- Main Stage: Live performances, panel discussions, and talks led by influential names from different industries will be held here.
The exciting part? Entrance to the Mango Art Festival is free, with registration upon arrival.
