PSA, Bibliophiles! Thai Book Fair to Make Its Return This October
Time to dust off your shelves and make space for new reads, because this October, one of the country's biggest book expos, the Thai Book Fair, is making a comeback!
Happening from Oct. 10 to 20 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, this year's fair will be themed "Read Until the Next Life" and will feature over 300 publishers.
At the fair, visitors can expect a variety of Thai fiction and non-fiction titles, as well as books written in other languages and discounted books! For those who would love to meet their favorite authors, there will also be book signing events from various writers and talks by Thai thought leaders.
To spice things up and let visitors feel the Halloween thrill, the fair will also hold the "Ghosts from Books" costume contest, where they can dress up as their favorite horror character and win a prize of THB45,000.
As of this writing, author and speaker lineups are yet to be announced. In the meantime, you can check out updates about Thai Book Fair on their website or their Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter) pages.
Tap your fellow bibliophiles and make plans to visit the fair soon!
