Luxury Hotel InterContinental Bangkok Sukhumvit Opens in Thonglor

Multinational hospitality company IHG Hotels & Resorts has welcomed another luxury hotel in Bangkok with the opening of InterContinental Bangkok Sukhumvit, located in the vibrant neighborhood of Thonglor.

The new hotel adds to IHG’s roster of over 6,000 establishments across 19 brands, which includes the newly revamped InterContinental Bangkok. It is also adorned with designs inspired by Tor-mue, a traditional intricate hand-weaving technique, marrying Thai craftsmanship with contemporary international influences.

InterContinental Bangkok Sukhumvit also has over 241 rooms and suites, which boast high-tech amenities and luxurious features. The hotel is especially proud of its Presidential Suite, which features a 55-inch Smart TV, Bluetooth audio, a soundbar, and motion sensors, as well as lavish bathroom amenities from luxury brand Byredo.

Apart from its state-of-the-art rooms, the hotel also provides numerous health and wellness programs and offerings. This includes the Sleep Well Program, offering guests pillow spray menus, calming ambient lighting, and bedtime tea sets. There’s also The Spa by HARNN, which offers guests its signature spa treatments.

There are also various dining options, such as AVA Brasserie, all-day lounge The Lobby, and cocktail bar Rogues.
