Disneyland Resort Line Train Services Resume After Power Outage
Train services on Disneyland Resort Line have resumed after a disruption yesterday due to power supply.
In its update around 7:54 PM on April 5, the MTR said services between Sunny Bay and Disneyland Resort stations have been gradually restored following repair works earlier in the day involving an overhead line equipment on the Disneyland Resort Line. In the pictures uploaded by the rail giant on its Facebook page, several MTR staff can be seen on the tracks fixing power lines at the concerned stations.
Affected passengers were given free MTR shuttle buses while repairs were ongoing.
Hong Kong Disneyland recently announced that it will reopen on April 21 at 50% capacity amid relaxed social distancing measures.
