CENSU CREW: A Creative Culinary Group Bridging Japanese Flavor and Culture

Since 2021, CENSU CREW has brought together Chef Shun Sato's creative dining ventures across Hong Kong and Tokyo under one umbrella, including CENSU HK, CENSU TOKYO, ENISHI, and this year, GOLDEN GIP is the latest addition to the restaurant group in Hong Kong. Each venue serves as a cultural hub, where art, creativity, and community come together.

In addition to this exciting news, the group's flagship restaurant, CENSU HK, now offers a lineup of innovative seasonal dishes that bring a fresh twist to iconic Japanese izakaya staples.
Highlights include CENSU CUP UDON 1.5—spicy sesame dan dan noodles with local "Three Yellow" chicken, served in a CENSU branded paper cup; the ABURI "FANCY" SCALLOP, Hokkaido scallop sashimi served with glass noodles—a fresh take on Cantonese-inspired flavors; and the YAKITORI, presenting charcoal-grilled chicken thigh wrapped in Peking rice paper, garnished with chicken liver pate and shiso leaves—delivering a fusion twist on the classic skewer. Finish off with PEACH OOLONG TEA ICE CREAM, elevated with tangy pineapple granita and nata de coco.
