The special event celebrates May Chow’s Asian cultural heritage and her commitment to preserving traditional Chinese food traditions with an innovative modern twist. As recipient of the prestigious title, ‘Asia's 50 Best Female Chef’, May has firmly established herself as one of the region's most dynamic and respected culinary figures, with a loyal following of diners globally. This exclusive event is sure to tantalize the taste buds of food aficionados from around the globe, offering up a rare opportunity to experience May’s evolving culinary journey and try some of the finest blends of old and new tastes in Asian cuisine.

May Chow’s little slice of Happy Paradise is still as exciting as the first day it opened, with a menu that explore the boundaries of neo-Chinese cuisine. The sharing menu features the iconic Sourdough Egg Waffle, Beef Tartare, Yangzhou Siumai, Porcini Spring Roll, and Salted Ham. Indulge in the Yellow Wine Chicken, cooked with 30 Year Shaoxing and Koshikari Rice, Morel, Wild Wood Ear Fungus, Chicken Fat, and chrysanthemum and last but not least, the beef tenderloin dressed in Sichuan chilli dressing and daikon. And for a refreshing dessert, try the sweet guava, pomelo, and sago sundae.
