Joya, Hong Kong's emerging indie music star, is set to release her debut EP 'She is Joya' on November 17. Celebrate this milestone at Soho House, where Joya will enchant you with an intimate performance starting at 8:30pm, following the doors opening at 8:00pm. This one-night-only show will not only feature her powerful and emotionally resonant songs but also reveal the stories behind each track.
Joya's music, characterized by its raw and vulnerable quality, speaks directly to the heart and soul, resonating across generations. Her unique sound and honest approach to songwriting have earned her recognition as a must-see artist. She has been featured by MTV Asia and RTHK and collaborated on significant projects, including the National Geographic Oceans Tomorrow Project and Aesop’s Queer Library Campaign. Her recent performances at The Orchestra Academy of Hong Kong at Freespace West Kowloon and Lau Bak Live House have only solidified her status in the indie scene.
Besides her musical pursuits, Joya is an advocate for diversity and inclusion, LGBTQ+ rights, and women in tech, often speaking and moderating on these crucial topics.

Featuring immersive installations, interactive games, exclusive merchandise, and themed exhibitions, the event transforms one of Hong Kong’s premier shopping destinations into a playground for fans of all ages.
Highlights include the “Toy Meets Tech” Playroom at Ocean Terminal Forecourt, where visitors can explore giant character sculptures, a blinking Lilypad tunnel, and four interactive game zones inspired by the film. Step into a groundbreaking performance experience with Wayne McGregor: On The Other Earth, presented at JC Contemporary in Tai Kwun from June 25 to Aug. 2, 2026, from 1 PM to 7:30 PM, and closed on Mondays. Marking its Asia premiere, this innovative installation reimagines contemporary dance through technology, immersing audiences in a completely new artistic dimension.
Directed by Wayne McGregor, the production transforms choreography into a fully immersive, post-cinematic experience. Set within a cutting-edge 360-degree, 12K LED cylindrical environment, the 57-minute programme combines dance, digital imaging, spatial sound, and AI to create an evolving visual and sonic landscape. Developed in collaboration with artists such as Jeffrey Shaw, Sarah Kenderdine, Ravi Deepres, and Theresa Baumgartner, the work places audiences at the center of the performance, fostering a close, dynamic connection with digital and real-life dancers.
With sessions scheduled throughout the day, each accommodating a limited number of guests, no two experiences are the same. Tickets start at HK$120, with concession pricing at HK$80, offering an accessible opportunity to explore a bold new frontier in dance and digital art.

Enter a whimsical world of fashion, fun, and collectibles at THE MONSTERS Hair Salon Exhibition @ Cityplaza, running from June 26 to Aug. 2, 2026. Presented by Cityplaza and POP MART, this first-of-its-kind hair salon-themed exhibition celebrates the launch of the new THE MONSTERS HAIR SALON collection, featuring 13 new character styles and 11 giant character installations that transform Cityplaza into a playful retro-inspired beauty salon.
The centerpiece is an impressive 8-metre-tall American-style salon façade at the 2/F Atrium, where visitors can meet oversized versions of beloved characters including ZIMOMO, LABUBU, MOKOKO, TYCOCO, COWAWA, and SPOOKY. Interactive photo zones, retro salon-inspired sets, themed mirrors, and creative installations invite guests to capture memorable snapshots throughout the exhibition.
Fans can also explore “The Forever Toy House” Toy Story 5 Pop-Up Store, browse exclusive merchandise, participate in stamp rally activities, and visit the THE MONSTERS Hair Salon Photobooth for collectible photo prints.
