Joya, Hong Kong's emerging indie music star, is set to release her debut EP 'She is Joya' on November 17. Celebrate this milestone at Soho House, where Joya will enchant you with an intimate performance starting at 8:30pm, following the doors opening at 8:00pm. This one-night-only show will not only feature her powerful and emotionally resonant songs but also reveal the stories behind each track.
Joya's music, characterized by its raw and vulnerable quality, speaks directly to the heart and soul, resonating across generations. Her unique sound and honest approach to songwriting have earned her recognition as a must-see artist. She has been featured by MTV Asia and RTHK and collaborated on significant projects, including the National Geographic Oceans Tomorrow Project and Aesop’s Queer Library Campaign. Her recent performances at The Orchestra Academy of Hong Kong at Freespace West Kowloon and Lau Bak Live House have only solidified her status in the indie scene.
Besides her musical pursuits, Joya is an advocate for diversity and inclusion, LGBTQ+ rights, and women in tech, often speaking and moderating on these crucial topics.
Joining her for the evening is the talented guest performer Kiri T, adding another layer of excitement to the event.

Experience the brilliance of Paul Cézanne and Pierre-Auguste Renoir, two of the most iconic masters of French Impressionism, at the first large-scale exhibition of their works in Hong Kong. The Hong Kong Jockey Club Series: Cézanne and Renoir Looking at the World runs from Jan. 17 to May 7, 2025, at The Special Gallery, 2/F, Hong Kong Museum of Art.
Jointly organized by the Hong Kong Museum of Art, Musée de l’Orangerie, and Musée d’Orsay, the exhibition showcases 52 masterpieces, offering a rare glimpse into how these two Impressionist icons depicted the rapidly evolving modern world. The artworks highlight their groundbreaking techniques and mutual influence, as well as their impact on future artistic movements, including on Pablo Picasso.
Tickets are priced at HK$50 for standard admission, HK$35 for groups, and HK$25 for concessionary admission. Visitors with a Museum Pass enjoy free entry. As some works contain nudity, visitors under 18 are recommended to attend with adults.

Discover 20+ art installations created in collaboration with The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, connecting visitors with the village’s history through day and night illuminations.
