Yayoi Kusama, Yoshitomo Nara & More at Group Exhibition at H Queen's
Here’s another must-visit exhibition in Hong Kong this month! Hong Kong’s Onfinitive Art Foundation, in collaboration with Madrid, Spain’s VETA by Fer Francés, is launching a group exhibition this month.
Titled “Traces of Life: Global Figuration,” the exhibition will feature contemporary figurative paintings from 14 renowned and rising artists from various countries.
To run from March 25 to 30, the week-long exhibition will showcase artworks curated by gallery director Fer Francés. The artworks represent the artists’ “conscious desire to inscribe themself into an ongoing art history,” the Onfinitive Art Foundation said in a press release.
Some of the artists to be featured in the exhibition include Japanese contemporary artists Yayoi Kusama and Yoshitomo Nara, Romanian painter Adrian Ghenie, American figurative painter Henry Taylor, Chinese artist Liu Bin, Germany’s Matías Sánchez, and Beijing-based contemporary artist Kang Haoxian, among others.
The exhibition is open from 12 PM to 7 PM on March 25 and from 11 AM to 7 PM on the remaining dates. To stay tuned for updates regarding the exhibition, visit Onfinitive Art Foundation and VETA by Fer Francés’ websites.
