Kai Tak To Welcome a New Mall with Over 200 Stores in Late 2024
Kai Tak is about to get more exciting, as the soon-to-open Kai Tak Mall joins AIRSIDE as one of the neighbourhood's top shopping destinations!
To be completed in the second half of 2024, Kai Tak Mall will be situated inside the Kai Tak Sports Park, which is slated to open by the first half of 2025. This was announced by its developer, K11 Group, in a LinkedIn post.
According to the company, the soon-to-be-launched mall boasts a 70% occupancy rate already and is set to house over 200 stores. This includes retail spaces, top sports academies, and “sportainment” establishments, including stores from top sports brands such as Nike, Fila, Skechers, and more.
For passionate diners, the mall will also offer the Dining Cove, a dining space spanning 32,000 feet that will house over 70 restaurants and brands from across the globe.
Kai Tak Sports Park is pegged to be Hong Kong’s largest state-of-the-art multipurpose sports complex. Kai Tak Sports Park Limited began its construction in April 2019 and is set to host the National Games with Guangdong and Macau after its completion and will serve as the next home turf of the Hong Kong Rugby Sevens starting from the year 2025 onwards.
