Helmed by Chef Leong, who says he wants each dish to be able to tell a story, CHARR’s menu is a bold fusion of fire-kissed ingredients that are caramelized to perfection.

Expect inventive takes on wood-fired cuisine, such as Pommes Anna with Herbs Crema & Smoked Trout Roe, an innovative blend of textures and flavors, Burnt Onion with Smoked Stracciatella & Chimichurri, which offers a perfect mix of smokiness and freshness, and the punchy CHARR White Corn with Fermented Jalapeño, CHARR Spice & Parmigiano Reggiano.

Seafood lovers can savor Seasonal Fish with Singapore Laksa, while spice seekers will appreciate the punchy Chicken Wings with Pad Kra Pao & Fermented Hot Sauce.

A highlight is the Foie Gras, served on brioche with pandan kaya, egg jam, and soy salt, blending traditional and modern flavors.

To complement the fire-driven menu, CHARR’s beverage program offers a curated selection of handcrafted cocktails, fine wines, and locally brewed craft beers. Standouts include the tropical-inspired Pina Taka, the CHARRED Sour, and Melaka’s very own Fat Boy Craft Beer.
