Witness the Gaang's Journey at 'Avatar: The Last Airbender' Concert in KL

Heads up, Avatar fans! Get ready to immerse yourself in the “gaang’s” adventure, as the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra (MPO) is set to stage “Avatar: The Last Airbender in Concert” in Kuala Lumpur soon!
To be held at the Dewan Filharmonik Petronas Music Hall on Sept. 14, the concert will bring Aang, Katara, Toph, Sokka, and Zuko’s journey to life with a curated live orchestra. The orchestra will be playing the series’ original musical score by Emmy Award-winning composer Jeremy Zuckerman, synchronized to a special two-hour recap of the series’ most iconic scenes.
The concert will be conducted by Gerard Salonga, resident conductor of the MPO and formerly the music director of the ABS-CBN Philharmonic Orchestra in the Philippines.
Tickets to the concert are now available via MPO’s website, with prices ranging from RM278 to RM488. There are also suite seats available for RM548 and RM598 per seat, inclusive of light refreshments.
This makes Malaysia the first and only stop of “Avatar: The Last Airbender in Concert” outside of the United States and the United Kingdom.
