Saujana Golf & Country Club

Set in a former palm oil plantation, Saujana Golf & Country Club is home to two internationally recognized golf facilities designed by American golf course architect Ronald Fream. The Palm Course (also known as The Cobra) and the Bunga Raya Course (also known as The Crocodile) have hosted professional golf tours, such as the Malaysian Open, the 2002 World Amateur Golf Team Championships, and the Kosaido Malaysian Ladies Open.

Formerly known as Kelab Golf Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah (KGSAAS), this award-winning golf course was designed by five-time British Open Australian champion Peter William Thomson. It features a total of 27 holes in three nine-hole loops, namely the 3,141-metre President, 3,230-metre Sultan, and 3,214-metre Alam Shah. The course is open from 7 AM to 10 PM, giving it the name “Home of Night Golfing” for being the first golf course in the country to be lit for night play.

Kota Permai Golf & Country Club

There are motorised carts and buggies to help you around the course, along with caddies who can either guide you or give you a no-nonsense approach.

The club also offers a 60-bay, two-tier driving range and golf academy to give new and seasoned golfers a space to practice their swing and correct their posture. Bangi Golf Resort is a 660-acre refuge built atop Bandar Baru Bangi’s highest peak, which is nestled between the city centre and Kuala Lumpur International Airport. It features a 27-hole championship golf course designed by Golfplan’s Ronald Fream and David Dale, lush tropical greens, and beautiful vistas. It also has a driving range and practice area for those who are new to the sport.

Glenmarie Golf & Country Club

Established in 1993, the Glenmarie Golf & Country Club is a golf retreat known for its courses designed by American designer Max Wexler. It has a total of 36 holes, with 18 holes each for its 6,432-metre Garden Course and 6,325-metre Valley Course. Its land was once a rubber estate, making it an ideal golf terrain with its rolling hills and moderate elevation.
