Music streaming app Spotify is revolutionizing how we listen to music, as it has rolled out its artificial intelligence-powered feature, DJ, to 46 more markets globally.

After its initial beta launch in February in the United States and Canada, then in the United Kingdom and Ireland in May, Spotify DJ is now available in 50 countries worldwide, including the Philippines and Singapore.

Spotify Premium users in these markets can access DJ, allowing them to hear more details about the music they are listening to, recommendations on artists they should not miss, as well as commentaries for a more personalised experience. Spotify's head of cultural partnerships, Xavier "X" Jernigan, serves as the basis for the voice model in the feature.

To access DJ, head to the “Music” feed on your Spotify app. Then, find the Made For You tab, tap “DJ,” and let the app do the rest! The feature will curate a music lineup just for you, which comes with an English-language commentary. If you’re not into what DJ has picked for you, just tap its icon at the bottom right, and it will take you to a different artist, mood, or genre.

DJ currently runs in its beta version, but Spotify assures that more improvements will be made soon. Apart from the Philippines and Singapore, the feature is now available in some parts of Europe, Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.
