Taste the Best of Spanish Cuisine at 'Eat Spain, Drink Spain' in Singapore
You don’t have to travel far to relish Spain’s best culinary delights, as "Eat Spain, Drink Spain” has landed in the Lion City!
Presented by the ICEX Spain Trade & Investment, “Eat Spain, Drink Spain” kicked off on Oct. 15 and will run until Nov. 15, featuring 20 events in various cafes, restaurants, and bars across Singapore.
Some events that will be taking place soon include the “Spanish Wine Masterclass” at The Cricket Club on Nov. 6, which will showcase an exquisite combination of Spain’s best brews like the Pacific Beverages, the Codorniu, and the La Cosecha.
On Nov. 8 at the Wooloo Mooloo Steakhouse, the “Spanish Fiesta” will treat customers to premium steaks paired with an excellent selection of wines, including Siglo and Bodegas Luzón. Meanwhile, Asador Restaurant will be presenting special menus that will feature drool-worthy Spanish dishes and fine wines from Nov. 1-15.
If you’re in the mood for meat, there will also be a “Beef and Lamb Night” at the UNA Restaurant on Nov. 14, featuring a Michelin-starred chef and signature delicacies from the Southern and Northern Spain.
Other ongoing events, happening until Nov. 15, include the “Buy One Estrella Galicia, Get One Tapa,” event at the Next Door Spanish Café, a “Monthly Menu” event at Una Restaurant, featuring Michelin-starred chef Diego Grimberg, the "Rioja Renaissance" event at La Terre Wine Bar, and the “Seafood and Cheese Spanish Month” at Tapas Club.
The Singapore leg follows the event’s successful runs in Germany and the United Kingdom. It also aims to promote Spanish culinary delights and showcase the cuisine’s diversity.
