Rock Climbing and Bouldering Gyms in Singapore for the Ultimate Workout

Want to add variety in your workouts? Consider rock climbing and bouldering, and its many benefits, from testing your physical strength, cardio, and strategic thinking to toning your muscles, improving your flexibility, alleviating your stress, and bettering your mood.
That's right. Scientific studies have suggested that climbing/bouldering can be effective in alleviating one's depression. In fact, in one scientific study on the BMC Psychiatry journal published on March 12, 2020, it was discovered that bouldering psychotherapy is not just effective in alleviating depressive symptoms, but goes beyond the effect of mere physical exercise.
So, what do you say? Are you ready for the ultimate workout? Here are some bouldering and rock climbing gyms you should check out in Singapore!
