Get ready to jump into a world of adventure once again! Nintendo and Illumination Entertainment announced that the highly anticipated sequel to the Super Mario Bros. movie is set to hit theatres on April 3, 2026.
Following the tremendous success of the original Super Mario Bros movie in 2023, the sequel — which will be coming almost three years after the release of the original film — promises to take audiences on another epic adventure through the colourful and whimsical world of the Mushroom Kingdom.
In case you don’t know, the first film was a box office hit! Grossing over US$1 billion worldwide, it became the highest-grossing animated film in Universal history. No wonder fans were clamouring for a sequel!
According to Illumination Entertainment CEO Chris Meledandri, the upcoming film will introduce new ideas and characters to watch out for. While the production is already underway, the animation is yet to begin.
Revealed during a special video for Mario Day, celebrated on March 10 (or MAR10), the news was met with excitement from fans eagerly awaiting the return of Mario, Luigi, and their friends to the big screen.

2025 is no doubt the year of BTS ARMYs and the first good news of the year just came in as J-Hope confirmed that he’s set to embark on his first solo tour!
The K-Pop superstar made the post on social media on Jan. 10, dropping the concert tour poster for “HOPE ON THE STAGE,” which marks his first-ever major concert and tour as a soloist! He’s the second rapper in the group to go on tour, following Suga’s August D Tour “D-Day” in 2023.
J-Hope is hitting the road next month, kicking off on Feb. 28 at the KSPO Dome in Seoul. He’s set to perform for three consecutive nights there before heading to the west to do shows in Brooklyn, Chicago, MexicoCity, SanAntonio, Oakland, and LosAngeles. Hobi is the first Korean soloist to book the BMO Stadium in LA, underscoring his force in the group and the entire K-Pop genre.
The tour continues in Asia as the rapper makes stops in major cities such as Manila(Apr. 12 to 13), Saitama (Apr. 19 to 20), Singapore
(Apr. 26 to 27), Jakarta (May 3 to 4), Bangkok
(May 10 to 11), Macau
(May 17 to 18), and Taipei (May 24 to 25), before wrapping up at the Kyocera Dome in Osaka (May 31 to June 1).
General ticket sales for the Seoul show begin this week on Jan. 16. Other details for the forthcoming performances will be announced at a later date so, stay tuned!
J-Hope made his official solo debut in 2022 when he released his first studio album, “Jack In the Box.” Before this, he had released a series of singles and a mixtape entitled, “Hope World.” The rapper also made history as the first South Korean artist to headline Chicago's Lollapalooza festival in 2022.
He recently completed his military service last Oct. 17 and is the second member to be discharged, following eldest member, Jin. BTS is also slated to reunite this June, reigniting global excitement as they usher in a new era for the K-Pop icons.

The “Fine” singer is once again coming back for her second Asian arena tour.
Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon is embarking on her “The Tense” Asia tour this year, kicking off with a three-day concert at the KSPO Dome in Seoul, South Korea from Mar. 7 to 9, 2025. The tour will be in support of Taeyeon’s most recent EPs, “To. X” in 2023 and “Letter to Myself” in 2024.
Taeyeon and SM Entertainment announced the upcoming concert dates and countries on their social media pages. Taeyeon’s “The Tense” arena tour will begin at the KSPO Domein Seoul, South Korea from Mar. 7 to 9, then she will head on to the Taipei Domein Taipei on Mar. 16. She will visit the Mall of Asia Arenain Manila on Mar. 29, the Indonesia Arenain Jakarta on Apr. 12, The Venetian Arena in Macau on Apr. 26, the Singaporean Indoor Stadiumin Singapore on May 3 to 4, the Impact Arenain Bangkok on May 31 to Jun. 1, and will conclude her tour in the AsiaWorld-Arenain Hong Kong on Jun. 7.

The “Tense Tour” announcement comes one year and seven months after Taeyeon’s first arena tour, “The Odd of Love.” After performing in Seoul, South Korea, Taeyeon visited Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Singapore in her last tour, where tickets for all dates and venues were sold out.
Recently, Taeyeon collaborated with British musician Sam Smith and released a Korean duet version of their track, “I’m Not the Only One” as part of the reissue project of their debut album, “In the Lonely Hour 10 Year Anniversary Edition.”

One of SM Entertainment’s legendary power vocalists is coming back for another Asian tour.
Super Junior’s Yesung is set to hold his “It’s Complicated” Asia tour in 2025, beginning with Seoul, South Korea on Jan. 18 and 19, 2025. The tour shares the same name as his most recent mini album which was released in November 2024 and features five tracks.
Yesung announced the tour dates and locations on his social media pages. His 2025 Asia tour will kick off in Seoul, South Korea from Jan. 18 to 19, then will continue to Bangkok on Feb. 8. He will visit Hong Kong on Feb. 22, Singaporeon Feb. 28, Macau
on Mar. 2, Taipei on Mar. 8, Tokyo on Apr. 4 to 6, and will conclude his tour in Kuala Lumpur on Apr. 12.

The “It’s Complicated Tour” announcement comes three months after Super Junior held their “Super Show Spin-Off: Halftime” Asia tour, where the eight-member group visited Bangkok, Singapore, Ho Chi Minh, Kuala Lumpur, Taipei, Hong Kong, and Jakarta.

Super Junior member, Cho KyuHyun is kicking off his career-defining “COLORS” Asia Tour in December 2024, celebrating the 10th anniversary of his solo debut.
Having recently signed with Antenna Music and following the successful run of his first Asia tour “Restart” earlier this year, the K-Pop
star is heading to nine cities across Asia to meet his global fans and to perform music from his much-anticipated firstfull-length album,“COLORS,”slated for release on Nov. 27.
For “COLORS,” he’s adding two new cities — Macau and Manila — where he’ll be performing for the first time, expanding his reach to even more international fans. The tour’s three-day grand opening will take place in Seoul’s Olympic Hall in Olympic Park from Dec. 20 to 22, 2024.
The tour continues in 2025 with stops in Kaohsiung (Jan. 4), Hong Kong (Jan. 25), Jakarta (Feb. 8), Taipei (Feb. 22), Yokohama (Mar. 5 to 6), Bangkok (Mar. 15), Macau (Mar. 22), and Manila (Apr. 5).
It was reported that the Seoul tickets were sold out within just five minutes, which shows the artist's enduring popularity and the excitement of his loyal fans for this comeback. Kaohsiung tickets are currently on sale, while other dates are the be announced soon.
KyuHyun is set to showcase his artistic range for this tour with musical performances from his new album ranging from heartfelt ballads to dynamic pop and dance tracks, and even musical theatre tunes. Fans will be able to deep dive into his musical repertoire all the while enjoying his captivating stage presence.
He will also release eight track videos
ahead of the launch of the album, teasing fans of what’s to come.

Everyone’s favorite comfort game and soundtrack will once again be heading to concert venues real soon.
Farm life simulator and beloved cozy game “Stardew Valley” is embarking on its second global tour titled “Symphony of Seasons,” starting August 2025. The tour follows the recently concluded “Festival of Seasons," which featured the four seasons of music and festival music that can be heard in-game.
The “Symphony of Seasons” will hit up several cities in Asia: Singapore(Sept. 28, 2025), Bangkok(Nov. 15, 2025), Seoul (Dec. 20, 2025), and Shanghai (TBA).
The Singapore show will be held at the Esplanade Concert Hall, while the Bangkok show will be at the Prince Mahidol Hall. The Seoul stop will be held at the Donghae Arts Center, but Shanghai's date and venue are yet to be determined.
Pre-sale tickets are already open for most locations, including Singapore (Grab pre-sale tickets for Singapore here!), but keep an eye out for the Bangkok shows! General sales for Singapore will start on Jan. 1, 2025, while Bangkok’s will begin on Aug. 2, 2025, and the tickets for Seoul will go on general sale on June 20, 2025.
Singapore pre-sale tickets are priced at S$58 (Wood), S$68 (Copper), S$82 (Steel), S$100 (Gold), and S$118 (Iridium). Bangkok, Seoul, and Shanghai pre-sale ticketing details will be revealed very soon, so stay tuned for that!

The concert tour will feature a 35-piece orchestra, new arrangements of the game’s soundtrack, in-game footage that will be played on a screen above the stage, and original content specially made for the concert to celebrate the game’s art style.
ConcernedApe or Eric Barone, “Stardew Valley” creator and the game’s musician, says that fans will be able to relive their farm journey — from the day they arrive at the farm to the day they reach the summit, watch their farm grow throughout the seasons, and explore the valley’s most memorable locations.
“Stardew Valley” is a farm life simulation role-playing game created back in 2016. Players are allowed to grow crops, fish, mine, forage, raise animals, and socialize with the Pelican Town townspeople, even marrying and having children. The game also has a multiplayer option with a maximum of eight players.
