The year 2023 has been a good year for artists with back-to-back hit releases and new world records. These artists are unstoppable in reaching new heights, and the International Federation of the Phonographhic Industry (IFPI), an organization that represents the recording industry worldwide, has revealed the artist of the year and biggest singles and albums of 2023.

There is no doubt that Taylor Swift has taken over the throne as the year’s global artist of 2023, marking her spot at the top for the second year in a row. Following Taylor are K-Pop groups Seventeen, which claimed the second spot, and Stray Kids, which claimed the third spot.

Miley Cyrus’ “Flowers” is at the top of the IFPI’s Global Top 10 Single Chart 2023 with 2.70 billion streams, followed by Rema and Selena Gomez’s “Calm Down” with 1.89 billion streams and SZA’s “Kill Bill” with 1.84 billion streams.

K-Pop groups Seventeen and Stray Kids took the first two spots in IFPI’s Global Top 10 Album Chart 2023 with their albums “FML” and “5-Star,” while Morgan Wallen’s “One Thing At A Time” follows closely on the third spot.
