Formula 1 has made a groundbreaking move for motorsport fans in Asia, signing an exclusive multi-year broadcast agreement with beIN Sports. The agreement will grant exclusive coverage of Formula 1 events in 10 Asian countries through 2025 - a move that will thrill fans in Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia, Timor-Leste, Laos, and Cambodia. Viewers can access the action across beIN Sports channels and the beIN Sports Connect streaming app (iOS or Android).

To add to the excitement, Formula 1 released an action-packed 23-race schedule for the 2023 season. Starting in Bahrain on the 5th of March, the season will take fans to Qatar for the post-World Cup race, before the grand finale in Abu Dhabi on the 26th of November. In addition, the inaugural Formula 1 Heineken Silver Las Vegas Grand Prix will be held as the penultimate race of the season.

Commenting on the agreement, Ian Holmes, Director of Media Rights and Content Creation at Formula 1 said: “After years of growing interest in Asia, we are thrilled to be partnering with beIN Sports. This agreement allows us to reach new and exciting ways for our fans in Asia to follow and engage with our sport.” With the agreement, motorsport fans in Asia will be revving their engines in anticipation of the 2023 season.
