Arriving at SIN feels like entering a different world — a private glass elevator carries you straight to the action, revealing a sleek setting designed to host 80 seated or up to 180 standing guests.
It’s here you can dive into a lineup of sinful cocktails crafted by award-winningHead Mixologist Brian Gonzalez Fernandez, whose creations blend a mastery of flavors inspired by themes of desire and indulgence.
The hero trilogy: Forbidden Nectar (THB650), Kiss of Euphoria (THB650), and Midnight Sin (THB700), are bound to awaken the senses. Forbidden Nectar, for instance, teases your palate with Michter’s US1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon, layered with miso and caramel for a hint of umami richness. Kiss of Euphoria, combines Tequila Curado Cupreata, with kiwi and the smooth Cointreau and Cocchi Americano.
If you’re feeling daring, Midnight Sin awaits — a creamy, decadent mix of Remy Martin 1738, cacao nibs, and coconut cold brew.
SIN also offers Sober Sips, where five of the 10 signature cocktails are offered alcohol-free, using premium sober spirits like alcohol-free gin, whiskey, rum, bitters, and amaretto, as well as alcohol-free sparkling wines such as French Bloom Le Blanc. Check their full drinks menu here.
SIN’s menu pairs perfectly with its drinks, offering fresh oysters, Miyazaki wagyu tartare, melt-in-your-mouth sashimi, and even a katsu sando. As for the atmosphere, expect hypnotic beats from a mix of international DJs, including Bangkok’s own DJ Ashima and “King of Disco” Tek Harrington.
