While Bangkok's celebrated two MICHELIN-starred restaurantBaan Tepa remains closed for renovation, Chef Tam Chudaree Debhakam isn't exactly sitting still.
From July 22 to Aug. 2, 2026, she is partnering with F.V 39 — a subculture-forward community hub on Sukhumvit 39 — for a seven-course pop-up dinner titled "Past • Present • Future."
Advance tickets are priced at THB4,500++ per person (net price: THB5,297). Seatings run Wednesday through Sunday in two nightly sittings: 5 PM and 8 PM. Seats are limited.
For a restaurant built in a historic home that carries memories of three generations, the seven-course menu is expected to trace the arc of Baan Tepa's evolution — honoring where it came from, understanding where it is now, and looking forward to the next chapter.

The pop-up is set inside F.V Sukhumvit 39. Located in the Coral Life Building, FV39 is more than a conventional venue. They operate as a subculture hub that champions creative individuality.
With Baan Tepa's doors set to reopen after renovation in late August, this pop-up is a rare window into the MICHELIN Green Star awardee. Chef Tam also received the Young Chef Award in 2023, and last year, she was named Asia's Best Female Chef by Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2025.
Reservations can be made via LINE OA at @BAANTEPA, or by mobile/WhatsApp at +66 98 696 9074. For more information and updates, follow Baan Tepa and F.V Sukhumvit 39 on Instagram.
