This Special Valentine’s Afternoon Tea Menu Is Available Until Feb. 18

Last Saturday, Jan. 27, the hotel welcomed the renowned pastry chef Antonio Bachour for a one-of-a-kind afternoon tea and cake shop takeover at the café, creating a meticulously curated flavourful dessert menu for guests.

The menu features Chef Antonio’s signature viennoiserie baked treats like strawberry mascarpone croissant and yuzu coconut cake. He also brought in a variety of mono-portion cakes such as camembert cheesecake and pistachio cake, along with other sweet dishes.

Guests who would like to try this collaboration menu can also indulge in savoury delicacies such as balik salmon with Parisian chaudfroid and oscietra caviar, promising a symphony of flavours.

This limited-time menu offers a unique gastronomic adventure that captures the essence of the love month. It is available until Feb. 18 and is priced at THB1,600++ per person.
