Following the arrival of “Monet & Friends Alive” in Bangkok, Grande Experiences and Sensory 4 are bringing another art wonder to the Land of Smiles with the opening of the “Da Vinci Alive” exhibition this month.
To be unveiled on March 15 at ICONSIAM, “Da Vinci Alive” will pay homage to the life of painter and polymath Leonardo da Vinci and his contributions to the arts and sciences through a digital immersive experience.
At the exhibit, visitors will get to witness digital projections of the Renaissance artist’s codices, inventions, paintings, and masterpieces, including his defining work, “The Mona Lisa.”
Early bird and regular tickets are currently available via Softevent’s website, ranging from THB480 to THB1,880 apiece. VIP ticket holders will also get exclusive merchandise inspired by Da Vinci’s masterpieces.
“Da Vinci Alive” in Bangkok also marks the exhibition’s debut in Asia.

Thai film buffs and history lovers surely wouldn’t want to miss this.
The Crown Property Bureau, in partnership with the Thai Film Archive and the Nang Loeng Community, will be hosting the “107 Years of Sala Chalerm Thani” in celebration of the 107th anniversary of Thailand’s oldest wooden stand-alone movie theatre, the Sala Chalerm Thai Theatre.
The theatre, which first opened in 1918, will be reopening for the first time in 30 years with a special screening of the 1993 film “My Wonder Year” on Apr. 26, 2025. The film was directed by King-Somjing Srisuphap and starred Thai film icons Saksit Tangthong and Patiparn Patavekarn.
Situated in the Nang Loeng quarter of the Rattanakosin district, the Nang Loeng Theatre is the oldest cinema in Thailand. It first opened in 1918 during the silent film era and was built in a similar design to a barn.
In the 1930s, it was renamed the Sala Chalerm Thani Theatre. For years, it became Nan Loeng’s main source of entertainment until it quietly closed down in 1993.
107th Anniversary of the Sala Chalerm Thani Theatre
This Apr. 26, 2025, the Sala Chalerm Thani Theatre will once again come alive with live performances and market stalls starting at 3 PM, and a nostalgic screening of the 1993 film “My Wonder Year” by King-Somjing Srisuphap.
Filmgoers will get the chance to watch the film inside the wooden theatre, with director King-Somjing appearing in person for a talk at 6 PM.
Entrance to the event is free, and registration for movie tickets starts at 5:30 PM.

Prolific Korean actor Lee Jun-hyuk is about to greet fans on his first Asia Tour, titled “2025 Lee Jun-hyuk Let Me In," starting in Bangkok this year!
Thai fans can expect to greet him on Sunday, May. 4, 2025 at Phenix Grand Ballroom. This is Lee Jun-hyuk's first time embarking on a fan meeting tour and fans are anticipating the Lee's interactions with the public and stories about his experiences and his craft.
Lee will grace Bangkok first, followed by stops in Manila, Tokyo, Taipei, and Seoul, organized by LINE UP Entertainment.
Best known for his role as the morally dubious prosecutor in Seo Dong-jae in the TV series Stranger (2017–2020) and his breakout role as Yu Eun-ho in Netflix's romantic drama series Love Scout, Lee has been active in the film and television world for approximately 18 years and steadily climbing up the ranks of stardom.
His other memorable works include Naked Fireman (2017), Designated Survivor: 60 Days (2019), 365: Repeat the Year (2020), Dark Hole (2021), Vigilante (2023), and Love Scout (2025), if you want to brush up on your Lee Jun-hyuk fandom before he visits your city!
