Calling All Durian Enthusiasts: Hotel ICON Presents a Durian-Themed Buffet

It's Durian season! In celebration of Malaysian Durian Festival 2024, Hotel ICON is hosting a brunch and dinner buffet from July 20 to August 24.
Hotel ICON will be offering new durian-themed dishes with sweet and savory options to pick from.
To get the full experience, Executive Chef, Danny Ho will crack open fresh durians, imported from Malaysia using a durian peeling machine.
To kick-start the event, each guest will be able to indulge in a platter of five durian varieties, while children can enjoy three varieties. This features top-grade D197 Musang King, D200 Black Thorn, D24 Sultan, D88 and XO Durian.
In addition to the bunch and dinner buffet, there will be a portion of Mini Musang King Durian with Abalone Duck Soup and The D197 Durian Cheese Baked Caribbean Lobster for all guests.
The buffet spread will offer an unlimited amount of creative plates such as Sabah Garoupa with Durian Toast, Deep-fried Seafood with D24 Durian in Tofu Skin, Durian Mango Salad with Spicy Sauce and Fried Fish with Durian Sauce.
To end the experience on a sweet note, there will be Portuguese Egg Tarts with Durian and Mochi, Pandan Durian Rolls, Durian Cheese Tarts, and a classic Durian Ice Cream.
The Malaysian Durian Festival Brunch and Dinner Buffet are priced at HKD $888 per adult and HKD $558 per child (aged 3 – 11) with drinks included.
The lunch counter will start on July 20, 21, and August 3, 4, 17, 18, and 24 from 11:45 AM to 3 PM.
The dinner buffet will begin on July 21 and August 3, 4, 17, 18, and 24 from 6:30 PM to 10 PM.
