The experience kicks off with a starter before 90 minutes of free-flow premium steak—featuring the chef’s selected cut of the month—served to your liking and accompanied by an endless parade of fries, fresh green salad, and decadent sauces like pepper, garlic butter, and Café de Paris butter.

Seafood lovers should mark their Thursdays. For HK$448 per person, À Poêle’s Unlimited Seafood Dinner includes a three-course bistro meal complemented by 90 minutes of unlimited seafood: oysters, poached prawns, whelks, and seared tuna. Main course selections span nine beloved French staples, from French onion soup and beef tartare to roast chicken and mushroom risotto.
