Tesla Unveils New Supercharger Location at Pavilion Bukit Jalil

Good news, electric vehicle (EV) owners! International luxury EV brand Tesla is opening another Supercharger location at Pavilion Bukit Jalil, six months after its debut in the country.

The upcoming opening of the new charging spot marks the sixth location and the third Pavilion mall, along with Pavilion Kuala Lumpur and Pavilion Damansara Heights.

Tesla Superchargers are priced at RM1.25 kWh. Their latest location will be at the Level B1 car park of the lifestyle mall, where Tesla owners can utilise six Tesla Supercharger stalls and two Tesla Destination chargers.

Like other Tesla deployments across the country, the V3 Supercharger units are capable of delivering DC fast charging speeds of up to 250 kW, including Tesla Destination chargers, which offer up to 22 kW of AC charging.

The luxury EV brand is expected to build 50 chargers in Malaysia by 2026, of which 30% must be open to all EVs regardless of their brand as per agreement with the Ministry of Investment, Trade, and Industry (MITI).
