Manila MICHELIN Guide 2026: Bib Gourmand Spots in the Metro to Not Miss

The MICHELIN Guide has finally landed in the Philippines, marking the country’s long-awaited debut on the global culinary map. Unveiled on Oct. 30, 2025, at the Manila Marriott Hotel in Newport World Resorts, the prestigious ceremony honored some of the best restaurants and chefs showcasing the heart and soul of Filipino cuisine.
Among the highlights of the night was the Bib Gourmand selection, an award celebrating restaurants and eateries that offer exceptional food at friendly prices. For this year’s inaugural ceremony, 25 restaurants earned the distinction — 19 in Manila and 5 in Cebu — proving that great food doesn’t always need fine dining or black-tie formalities.
From neighborhood gems and family-run favorites to modern kitchens redefining Filipino dining, this year’s Bib Gourmand list celebrates the simple joy of enjoying good food made with heart.
Whether you’re mapping out your next food crawl or just simply craving what the MICHELIN inspectors enjoyed during their visits, here are the 19 Bib Gourmand selected restaurants in Metro Manila from the first-ever MICHELIN Guide Manila and Environs & Cebu — where flavor meets the soul, and every bite tells a story.
