Netflix Unveils 1st Look to 'Squid Game' Season 2, More Titles Coming Soon
Pumped for the second season of “Squid Game?” Here's something to amplify the excitement!
In a video montage titled “NEXT ON NETFLIX 2024: The Series & Films Preview,” streaming platform Netflix has unveiled a sneak peek at the thriller-survival drama’s upcoming season, along with other titles to be released this year.
As previously announced, Lee Jung-jae will be joined by some of the biggest names in K-Drama as new cast members, including “Run On” star Im Si-wan, “Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo” star Kang Ha-neul, and “A Good Day to be a Dog” lead Park Gyu-young, among others.
No exact release date has been revealed yet, but we can expect it to be out this year, according to Netflix.
Other Netflix series to be released soon are “Bridgerton” Season 3, “Cobra Kai” Season 6, “Emily in Paris” Season 4, “The Umbrella Academy” Season 4, and many more.
Following its premiere in 2021, “Squid Game” has garnered billions of views from across the globe and earned awards in and out of South Korea, including six recognitions from the Primetime Emmy Awards.
