Get ready, because The Okura Prestige Bangkok is gearing up for an exciting celebration of Japanese culture with its third annual Japanese Fair, “Sense of Japan 2024,” from Nov. 1 to 3, 2024. This immersive event promises to showcase the beauty and flavors of traditional Japan right in the heart of Bangkok!

One of the event's highlights is a Japanese-themed brunch on Nov. 3, where the hotel's Up & Above Restaurant and Bar will be transforming their popular Sunday brunch into a Japanese culinary feast.
The restaurant will feature a live sushi and sashimi station, a yakitori grill, and a seafood ice bar. Priced at THB2950++ per person for free-flow soft drinks, or THB990++ per person for the Kakubin Highball Experience, this Japanese-infused brunch is the ultimate way to indulge.

And why not yourself to dinner on the same day? An exclusive Sushi Kaiseki Omakase experience awaits a select group of just eight guests. This intimate dining option is priced at THB4,200++ per person, providing a personalized culinary journey through exquisite sushi, led by Chef Kazunobu Oishi.
For a unique twist, guests can enjoy the Okura Afternoon Tea Omakase on Nov. 1, a collaboration with the Michelin-starredMezzaluna. Under the expertise of Executive Chef Sebastiaan Hoogewerf and Chef Lucas Dumarski, this afternoon tea experience combines sweet and savory treats infused with European flair, priced at THB2,450++ per person with a standard beverage pairing.
But the festivities don’t stop at dining! The fair also features engaging workshops like the Kintsugi Workshop, priced at THB3,500, where you can learn to repair ceramics with gold under a Kintsugi Master while enjoying a Shokado Bento Lunch. Additionally, there’s a Wagashi Workshop focusing on creating confectionary Japanese sweets for THB1,650++ per person.
Finally, don’t miss their Sake Masterclass, where you can taste premium sakes under the expert guidance of École Ducasse for THB1,950.
