Get your screams and hearts ready for another edition of the Bangkok Horror Film Festival, happening from Mar. 13 to 15, 2026 (yes, including Friday the 13th)!
Following a successful debut last year, the festival returns — this time set inside the New World Department Store, an abandoned mall in Banglamphu, where the mall’s concrete skeleton, dark corners, and eerily quiet atmosphere set the tone for the entire experience. The venue’s creepy atmosphere is sure to turn every screening (and every stomach) into an immersive experience, fueled by an unsettling feeling and one that is undeniably unforgettable.
Organized by the Ministry of Culture and the Thailand Creative Culture Agency (THACCA), the free-entry event promises another year of art and adrenaline — celebrating the horror genre through film screenings, community gatherings, and fear.
Apart from the film screenings, the Bangkok Horror Film Festival 2026 will also be hosting a short-film competition, where emerging talents in the horror genre will be spotlighted. The film festival is currently accepting submissions of horror short films, with a winning prize pool amounting to THB200,000 up for grabs.
Whether you’re a cinephile, a horror movie fan, or just a thrill-seeker, this event will truly be one for the books.

French luxury fashion house Louis Vuitton is bringing its signature blend of travel, craftsmanship, and imagination to Bangkok, with an exclusive pop-up experience — transforming the historic Baan Trok Tua Ngok into a dreamlike “hotel” inspired by the Maison’s legacy.
Running from Feb. 11 to Mar. 15, 2026, the Louis Vuitton Hotel Bangkok takes over the century-old building with a four-storey immersive space created to mark the brand’s 130th anniversary of the Monogram. The Bangkok edition is the first and only destination in Southeast Asia, following previous showcases in New York, Shanghai, and Seoul. Its arrival in the Big Mango places the city firmly within Louis Vuitton’s global creative DNA — cementing the city’s growing status as a key destination for luxury, culture, and experiential retail.
At the heart of the experience are the immersive, gallery-style rooms styled as a boutique, where each room details Louis Vuitton’s legacy and spirit of exploration. Set across four levels, five of the Maison’s iconic Monogram styles — Keepall, Speedy, Alma, Neverfull, and Noé — are highlighted in their own dedicated spaces. Visitors can move across each exhibition, tracing the bags’ evolutions, cultural impact, and craftsmanship across generations.
