It’s time to rest your very best as the Pokémon Company has officially released its most anticipated game, Pokémon Sleep.

Announced in 2019, the new mobile app takes users on an adventure on a small island where they’ll be researching about how Pokémon sleep. They’ll be working together with a large Snorlax who lives on the island and a professor who’s studying Pokémon sleep styles named Neroli.

The gameplay is simple: All you need is to place your smartphone by your pillow to record and measure your sleep. The longer you snooze, the higher the score you’ll get, and the more Pokémon will gather around Snorlax. Each Pokémon will have a number of sleep styles (including rare ones), which you can “collect” when you wake up to complete your Sleep Style Dex (the equivalent to a Pokédex).

Alongside the app, the company has also released Pokémon GO Plus + where users can simply press a button to track their sleep when going to bed. It also works for playing Pokémon GO, so you don’t have to pull out your smartphone to play.

Pokémon Sleep is available for download on Google Play and the App Store.
