Rihanna Debuts New Fenty Velvet Liquid Lipstick at Super Bowl LVII Halftime

The latest addition to the Fenty beauty, the Fenty Icon Lipstick line is a matte liquid formulated for super visible pigments, and a whipped texture that is meant to feel luscious to apply because of its doe-foot shaped applicator.
