Racines is marking their fourth anniversary with three nights of MICHELIN-starred guest chef collaborations and exclusive anniversary lunch menus from Nov. 5 to 7, 2026.

The celebration will bring together Chef-Owner and Founder Romain Dupeyre and Executive Chef and Co-Owner Chun Wah Leung with fellow chefs for a series of special dining experiences.

Racines, which holds one MICHELIN star, will host an eight-course dinner each evening, with a different guest chef joining the duo. Each dinner is priced at HK$2,288 per person.

The anniversary lineup features MICHELIN-starred chefs: Loïc Portalier of Louise on Nov. 5; Franckelie Laloum of LALA Hong Kong on Nov. 6; and Joris Rousseau of Feuille on Nov. 7.

For those who prefer daytime plans, Racines is also offering an exclusive anniversary lunch on Nov. 6 and 7. The limited-edition five-course menu will be crafted entirely by Leung and Dupeyre at a price of HK$1,088 per person.

The restaurant's approach to cooking centers on fresh, seasonal ingredients, with an emphasis on their natural flavors and textures. Racines' culinary philosophy combines French technique with creative expression, and it's guided them over the past four years.

It's not just a milestone, but also an event celebrating their relationships. For diners, it's a chance to experience these connections through a special, limited-time menu.
