Smash’d Burgers in Kennedy Town Introduces New Menu with Summery Twists
Kennedy Town neighbourhood burger mainstay Smash’d has brought a series of new, delectable items to their roster. In time for summer, the main attractions include four bold burgers held together by their signature home-baked buns.
The Holy Crab Burger (HK$88) evokes sensations of blue rolling waves and sunny skies, featuring soft-shell crab set against the zingy bite of pickled carrot and radish, with the added flair of Marie Rose sauce for some flair reminiscent of a beachside prawn cocktail.
Meat lovers can delight in the Bacon & Kimchi Burger (HK$88) that brings together the failproof combination of bacon and beef, with a twist of sour and spicy kimchi to add some freshness amidst the heatwaves in the weather to come.
Flipping the ‘pineapples on pizza’ debate on its head, Smash’d has also transformed the controversial toppings into a Hawaii 5-0 Burger (HK$88) combining the beef patty with grilled pineapple and a slice of crispy bacon. Those seeking out a comforting classic can tuck into the warming Triple Cheese Burger (HK$88) that blends Monterey Jack, Swiss, and American cheese.
Where: Smash’d, G/F, Cheong Fai Building, 21 Catchick Street, Kennedy Town, Hong Kong
How much: HK$88
