Galaxy Macau Unveils Its Indulgent, Nourishing Winter Menu

Indulgent Food, Chinese Medicine Collide at Galaxy Macau's Winter Menu

Just in time for the coming winter season, Galaxy Macau is whipping up a nourishing winter menu that will help foodies strengthen their bodies against the chilling weather.

Crafted by chef Pat Pun of Pang's Kitchen and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner Dr. Lam Hou Chio, Galaxy Macau’s six-course Winter Menu features an exquisite blend of Chinese medicine and culinary art.

The menu also embodies the ancient wisdom from the text "The Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor,” which says that to stay healthy during the winter season, one must “conserve their kidney energy and vitality.” To achieve this, the two masters carefully picked which herbs and ingredients would give customers the most potent results toward a healthier body.

The menu includes dishes that nourish the lung and spleen, such as the Double-Boiled Quail with Jelin Ginseng and Schisandra and Poached Chicken with Astragalus Root. For blood circulation, the menu also features the Double-boiled Sea Cucumber, Dried Scallops, Seahorse and Pork Soup and Slow-cooked Venison and Deer Tendon.

These dishes, along with other menu items, can be best enjoyed with the Herbal Tea Blend by Dr. Lam, which helps replenish qi and blood supply and is good for the eyes and liver.

Galaxy Macau’s Nourishing Winter Menu is available from today until Dec. 31 at MOP888+ per person. You can also view the full menu here.
