MGM Macau Presents Limited-Time Authentic Edomae-Style Omakase at SUSHIDAN
Experience authentic Edomae-style omakase at SUSHIDAN at Rossio of MGM MACAU. From June 18 to 21, SUSHIDAN’s Head Chef Manato Ueno will work with the returning Michelin-starred Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Sato to bring you the exquisite flavors of Japan.
Sourcing the finest seasonal ingredients directly from the origins and fish auctions in Japan, guests can savor dishes handcrafted to tickle their taste buds. The tasting experience is priced at MOP2,188* per person, and can only accommodate 11 persons.
The menu will include a mouthwatering tuna hand roll and 12 pieces of sushi to stimulate your appetite. After that, an exceptional seasonal dish will be served, along with unagi stick sushi and miso soup. Then you can have the warabimochi to finish off the experience!
To elevate the omakase experience, guests have the option to get a sommelier-curated Japanese sake pairing for MOP550*.
Featuring in-season fresh produce and exclusive cuts in the Stellar Omakase – Summer Sea, the experience is available for a limited time only. Seats are limited, so secure your spot at one of the most difficult-to-book omakase restaurants in Macau.
