St Regis Macao Launches House of Celebration Sustainability Meal at The Manor

Experience a new, unique culinary journey with The Manor's new six-course menu, "Celebrate Sustainability". Executive Sous Chef Michele Dell'Aquila has curated a menu from the finest organic and sustainable ingredients around the world, bringing together cultural elements from Japan, Italy, and France.

The menu with premium Geay L'Ultime oysters from France, topped with Sturia Oscietra caviar, the menu features a Senryo eggplant dish from Japan, 5DO Cinq Degrés Ouest Brittany lobster, Les Viviers de Noirmoutier Mediterranean red mullet with Riserva San Massimo risotto from Italy, and Zen-Noh Miyazaki A5 wagyu from Japan.

For dessert, try the peach and Marius Auda flowers dish, a combination of organic flower honey, edible flowers, and The St. Regis signature blended tea with organic fresh peach.

Experience The Manor's Celebrate Sustainability six-course dinner daily from 6 PM to 11 PM, priced at MOP1,388 per person. Elevate your dining experience with a collection of premium biodynamic and sustainable wines curated by Sommelier David Duan for MOP1,988 per person.
