It’s a key division under the Sector Capability & Transformation Group (SCTG) of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS), which helps skilled professionals to earn certificates, diplomas, and degree-based qualifications.

Some programmes they offer are Advanced Certificate in Social Service, Advanced Certificate in Supported Employment (ACSE), Higher Diploma in Social Service (HDSS), and Certificate in Para-Counselling in Community Setting. They also offer National Social Work Competency Framework (NSWCF) Foundational programmes, such as Professional Certificate in Group Work and Professional Certificate in Casework.
