F&B Visionary Tong Hann Announces Group, New Restaurant Launch
After the success of his most raved-about restaurants in Singapore, Marcy’s and Parliament, F&B visionary Tong Hann has announced the launch of a new restaurant group, with plans to open a new restaurant in the Lion City.
Called PleasureCraft, the group will facilitate the launch of Hann’s third restaurant in partnership with chef-owner Stefan Liau, who was previously the head chef of Mandala Masters.
PleasureCraft Group, based on the name itself, will incorporate a mix of pleasure and craft as its core pillars, the group said in a press release. The group also aims to “celebrate and nurture the unique strengths and potential within each individual on the team.”
Meanwhile, Hann himself will design the new restaurant. It will also take a “modern and tactile” concept, with a 1960s Italy motif and vintage pieces from brands such as Knoll and Fritz Hansen.
“The birth of PleasureCraft is a derivative of a love to build curated concepts from the ground up. The growth plans we've set are a mirror to exceptional experiences and extraordinary individuals, along with our aspiration to craft places and experiences that resonate deeply with our guests," Hann commented on the group’s launch.
The new restaurant will open its doors along Keong Saik Road this coming November. Stay tuned!
