Watch the Final Preview for the Hit K-Drama Series ‘Queen of Tears’ Finale

Queen of Tears Finale Photo by Website/Netflix

Hey K-Drama fans, get your tissue box ready! The South Korean television network tvN just released the last preview of the hit series “Queen of Tears” on Instagram – and we know it’s going to squeeze our hearts (like what every episode does).

Slated to air its finale on the television channel and via Netflix this weekend, fans have different reactions to the preview shared by the TV network, which showed Hong Hae In (Kim Ji Won) visiting his husband Baek Hyun Woo (Kim Soo Hyun), who was framed for murder, in prison. Although short, it left viewers hoping for a good ending.

In a separate post by the streaming giant Netflix Philippines, they shared a longer clip for the upcoming finale where Hae In is trying to recover following her surgery. There were clips from her past, along with what the future holds for her and her loved ones.

“Queen of Tears” revolves around the ups and downs of married couple Hong Hae-in and Baek Hyun-woo facing a “crisis.” The story also showed how their love was beautifully rekindled after deciding to file for divorce – but things don’t always go the way as planned.

With its unique plot, the series has gained popularity, even surpassing the ratings of Goblin (2016). With the last two episodes remaining, fans are worried about the ending. But recently, tvN announced that there will be two special episodes to air on May 4 and 5. No further details have been shared but keep your fingers crossed!

20250207 BLACKPINK World Tour Photo by BLACKPINK/Instagram

Hey, BLINKs!

It’s once again time to start saving, because BLACKPINK just teased their upcoming World Tour this 2025! The K-Pop quartet posted a 20-second teaser video on their social media accounts last Feb. 5, 2025, announcing the girl group’s tour.

No dates and cities have been announced yet as of writing. Hopefully, BLACKPINK will be visiting Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Macau, and Manila just like their “Born Pink” tour last 2022 to 2023.

The globally renowned girl group, consisting of Jennie, Jisoo, Rosé, and Lisa, have been active in their solo activities since 2024, opening their own labels and releasing music.

Jennie – Acting, Odd Atelier, Collaborations, and Ruby

In 2023, Jennie made her acting debut in the HBO television series “The Idol,” starring as Dyanne. She also collaborated with The Weeknd and Lily-Rose Depp for the song “One of the Girls” for the soundtrack of “The Idol.”

Later that year, she founded her own label ODD ATELIER.

In 2024, she collaborated with Matt Champion of Brockhampton for the track “Slow Motion,” featured in South Korean rapper Zico’s single “Spot!” and signed a contract with Universal Records in partnership with her label ODD ATELIER. She later released “Mantra” as the first lead single of her upcoming album “Ruby,” which is to be released on Mar. 7, 2025.

Rosé – Rosie and World Records

In 2024, Rosé signed an exclusive contract with The Black Label for her solo activities. She also signed with Atlantic Records for her future releases.

In October 2024, Rosé collaborated with Bruno Mars for the song “Apt.” serving as the lead single of her debut studio album, “Rosie." The song was a massive success worldwide, topping charts around the world, debuting as the first female K-pop artist to enter the US Billboard Hot 100 chart, and winning awards left and right.

She released her studio album “Rosie” in December 2024, debuting at number 3 at the Billboard 200 Chart and even won a Guiness World Record for it.

Jisoo – Blissoo, Acting, Amortage

In 2024, Jisoo founded her label Blisso and focused on her solo activities. She was casted for the film adaptation of the webtoon Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint and as the lead role for zombie thriller television series “Newtopia.”

On Jan. 28, 2025, Jisoo was revealed to have signed a global label deal with Warner Records for her solo music. She is also set to release her debut solo EP “Amortage” on Feb. 14, 2025, and will embark on her solo fan meeting “Lights, Love, Action!” Asia Tour very soon.

Lisa – LLOUD, Acting Debut, Alter Ego

In 2024, Lisa launched her own artist management company, LLOUD. In the same year, she was announced to be part of the cast of the third season of HBO television series, “The White Lotus,” and making her acting debut under her given name Lalisa Manobal.

Lisa started releasing her solo music through LLOUD and RCA Records, starting with “Rockstar” in June 2024. She released “New Woman” featuring Spanish singer Rosalía in August 2024, and surprised at the Global Citizen Festival in September 2024 with a new song titled “Moonlit Floor (Kiss Me)."

She is set to release her debut studio album “Alter Ego” on Feb. 28, 2025.
