Executive Chinese Chef Tan Kwang Aik of Shangri-La Bangkok's Shang Palace and Path Singapore's Executive Chef Marvas Ng have teamed up to bring forth a "Four-Hands Collaboration" that highlights the wonders of East Asian cuisine.

Embark on a gastronomic journey from July 13-15, where you will experience the unique takes of the two chefs as they craft sensational dishes that go beyond the usual Asian food.

You can choose between a six-course expedition menu and an eight-course expedition menu, with beverage pairings available at an additional cost. Price starts at THB2,999. Those who reserve dinner for July 13 will be invited to join a master class that will be held by the two chefs in the afternoon.

The six-course menu comprises exciting dishes like Line Caught Hokkaido Madai Crudo, Bamboo Pith Dumpling, Crispy Wild Caught Red Mullet, Jasmine Tea Smoked Eight Treasure Duck, River Prawn Noodles "Mapo Style," and Golden Osmanthus Water Mochi. The eight-course menu sees the addition of the Ocean Jewel (composed of tiger prawn and zucchini flower) and the abalone-based Coconut Consommé.

For reservations, feel free to email [email protected], call (662) 236 9952, or book a table online. You may also purchase dining vouchers for the dinner here.
