JW Marriott Bangkok Brings the Soul of Aichi to Tsu Japanese Restaurant

Get ready to step into the heart of Japan without setting foot out of Bangkok! JW Marriott Bangkok presents A Taste of Aichi at Tsu Japanese Restaurant, available for a limited time from now until Apr. 20, 2025.
Spearheaded by Head Chef Atsushi Yoshida, this specially curated menu brings toothsome flavors of Aichi Prefecture directly to your plate, featuring premium ingredients imported from Japan.
Aichi is a prefecture of Japan located in the Chūbu region of Honshū, known for rich dishes steeped in culinary tradition, shaped by samurai-era craftsmanship. Deep, umami-packed miso, tender unagi, and noodle dishes are signatures of their rich culinary heritage featured in this gastronomic adventure.

Starting at THB200++ per menu, try featured dishes such as their Kurobuta Pork Miso Katsu, a Nagoya specialty featuring a crispy pork cutlet coated in a luscious, aged Hatcho miso sauce fermented for over two years. Their Unagi Kabayaki Hitsumabushi showcasescharcoal-grilled glazed eel over rice, served in three distinct styles for a multi-layered tasting experience.

For meat lovers, there is the exquisitely marbled Mikawa Wagyu Striploin Steak, seared tableside on a sizzling hot stone. Or tuck into their Miso Nikomi Udon, a soul-warming dish with slow-simmered Wagyu beef tendon in a rich, umami-packed miso broth.
Additionally, savor a beloved street food staple from Nagoya, the Tenmusu Prawn Tempura Rice Ball, a delightful fusion of shrimp tempura wrapped in a delicate rice ball.
Beyond flavors, Tsu Japanese Restaurant is adorned with colorful visual displays showcasing Aichi’s cultural landmarks, from the historic Nishio Castle to the breathtaking cherry blossoms, transporting diners straight to Japan’s heartland.
