The Peruvian singer, songwriter, and music producer made waves in the music scene with his innovative genre called Q’Pop, a pop sound that has the characteristics of catchy K-Pop rhythms blended with meaningful Quechua (the language of the Incas) lyrics. Lenin embarked on his journey to redefine Peruvian music in 2019 and has been successful ever since. He has been interviewed by various major news outlets and was also featured in Rolling Stone's "19 Latin Artists We're Rooting For In 2024".
Lenin’s music is deeply rooted in his heritage and upbringing, having grown up in a household where Quechua was spoken fluently, which was thanks to his mother, popular Andean folk singer, Yolanda Pinares. The singer released his debut album, “Amaru” August of last year, which was heavily inspired by Incan mythology.
This musical tour aims to highlight Peruvian culture and history, and the unique music fusion that resonates with a diverse audience worldwide and makes an impact on the global music landscape.
