Maho Rasop Festival 2024: Indie Music Fest Announces First Headliner

From island raves to international concert tours, Bangkok’s live music scene is thriving with an eclectic lineup of artists landing in the city in the next few months from South Korean idol Jessica Jung to Western pop stars Dua Lipa and Olivia Rodrigo. And we’re here to tell you about one more event you shouldn’t miss.
Set to return for a weekend of exciting vibes and great music in November is Maho Rasop, Bangkok’s very own international independent music festival. The two-day event curates an outstanding lineup of varied genres, from emerging artists to established local and regional talents.
Created by three of the country’s leading concert promoters: HAVE YOU HEARD?, Seen Scene Space, and Fungjai, the festival kicked off in 2018 with the aim of revolutionizing Thailand’s music scene through quality live music performances and alternative musical experiences.
Maho Rasop 2024 will take place on Nov. 23 and 24 at ESC Park in Rangsit, Bangkok. Having featured several well-known artists in previous years, such as American rock band Interpol and Japanese producer Cornelius, we are simply teeming with excitement for this year’s lineup.
And good news! Maho Rasop recently announced their first headliner: AIR. The renowned French electro duo is formed by Nicolas Godin and Jean-Benoît Dunckel in 1998 and has since been a significant influence on contemporary music for decades. The band is known for their classic debut album, “Moon Safari” which features hit singles “Sexy Boy,” “All I Need,” and “Kelly Watch the Stars.”
The duo celebrated their 25th anniversary with a concert tour to various locations in Europe and the US, setting off to perform “Moon Safari” in its entirety for the first time ever, and offering fans a “One Night Only” experience.
