For three days, from May 8 to 10, 2025, two acclaimed chefs, Chef Gaggan Anand and Chef Yosuke Suga, will join forces for an exclusive pop-up at Louis Vuitton's sleek Bangkok store at Gaysorn Village.

Guests will have the chance to sample an elevated tasting menu by these two renowned chefs in an intimate, elegant atmosphere. 

Chef Gaggan Anand is the culinary renegade, mastermind, and executive chef behind Bangkok’s trailblazing Indian restaurant, Gaggan. With three restaurants ranked on Asia’s 50 Best — including the coveted #1 spot — his flair for progressive Indian cuisine has earned international acclaim. 

Tokyo-based Chef Yosuke Suga is the visionary behind Sugalabo and SUGALABOV by Louis Vuitton, known for his precision-driven, French-rooted dishes. 

Together, they’ll be joining forces to create a unique dining experience that fuses bold, boundary-pushing Indian cuisine with the refined elegance of French-Japanese culinary craft.

Central Embassy and Central Chidlom join forces to present the 2025 edition of “The World in One Bite” gourmet food festival. With its theme “Talk of the Taste,” it’s a celebration that’s bound to spark word-of-mouth conversations about everything worth talking about!

The annual culinary fest offers over 200 food pop-ups, not to mention live performances, fun activities, and exclusive experiences, all for foodies! It will run from Mar. 25 to Apr. 6, 2025, from 10 AM to 9 PM. 

'Mouth-full' Market at Central Embassy

Levels LG, and 3 to 6 of the Central Embassy are divided into differently curated culinary adventures. 

Health-conscious foodies can indulge in wholesome bites and honest conversations at Level 3, where clean and healthy food from 20 pop-ups can be found. Sweet tooths can delight their senses with decadent desserts worth sharing from 40 shops at Level 4.

30 legendary restaurants and eateries will be serving up their tummy-filling dishes at Level 5. Additionally, visitors can also enjoy exclusive culinary collaborations on the same level. 

Level 6 serves as a brewing ground for coffee lovers, with Spill the Beans by Open House collaborating with The Coffee Calling BKK 2025. They offer a chance for coffee lovers to meet coffee experts, watch barista competitions, and more.

Floors 1 to 2 are divided into different culinary experiences for everyone to discover.
