Bangkok Kunsthalle invites you to "Painting as Event: Dining Experience" by Xie Fan. Known for his Michelin-recognized restaurant Datenbank in Chengdu and 皴 / cun in Shanghai, Xie Fan’s culinary approach subverts and reimagines traditional Chinese cuisine. Dishes such as Sea Bream and Scallop Tiradito with Leche de Tigre and Mapo Tofu with Pork are part of the multisensory journey, complemented by two glasses of alcoholic pairing.
Chef Olivier 'Brings Back The Memories'
COBA Bangkok welcomes back Michelin-starred Chef Olivier Limousin. The highlight of the evening is the Tapas Tree, a visually striking selection of small bites.
