The event will spotlight two major title bouts sanctioned by the World Boxing Organization: the WBO Asia Pacific (APAC) Youth Super Welterweight Title and the WBO International Youth Welterweight Title. Returning to the ring is Saagar Pradhan, a 24-year-old boxer born and raised in Hong Kong to Nepalese parents, who made headlines with a 90-second knockout at PMQ. He now defends his WBO Youth APAC belt on home turf for the first time, taking on Gaurav Bisht.

Also featured is a battle for the vacant WBO Youth International welterweight title between Scotland’s Colin Cairney and India’s Trijot Singh Bawa. With its upgraded venue and growing fan base, The Encounter 2 continues to elevate boxing in Hong Kong.
