Bunga to Open for Coldplay's Sold-Out Concert in November
Malaysian rising star Bunga is set to conquer her biggest stage yet after being announced as the opening act for Coldplay's highly anticipated sold-out concert at the National Stadium Bukit Jalil in November.
Hailing from Perak, Noor Ayu Fatini, better known as Bunga, first caught fans' attention when she joined 16 Baris, an online hip-hop freestyle competition started by Malaysian hip-hop legend Joe Flizzow. Since then, the 23-year-old has racked up accolades and even been recognized by international media outlets as the first hijabi rapper.
Known for her hits such as "Mereng" and "Intan Payung," Bunga is expected to showcase her unique rapping talents and skills on the global stage in November. On Instagram, Bunga shared her excitement about the news, along with clips of when she received the announcement.
Coldplay's Music of the Spheres World Tour has been extended until 2024, with more shows happening in Manila, Bangkok, and Singapore.
