Taiwanese singer-songwriter Rene Liu, known by her fans as Milk Tea, will bring her “Final Call Live” tour to Kuala Lumpur on Sep. 30.

Taking place at the Arena of Stars at Resorts World Genting, the 53-year-old musician is expected to serenade her Malaysian fans with songs such as “Love You So Much,” “We are Not Together,” and “Crazy for Love.”

Tickets, which range between RM208 and RM788, will be available for purchase on Friday, June 23, via Resorts World Genting’s official website and book my show.

An exclusive 10% discount will be granted to the first 1,000 ticket buyers in the VIP to PS3 categories.

Born in 1969, Rene Liu is a Taipei-based artist who has released more than 20 albums since 1995. She gained widespread fame with her debut album, “René’s Selected Theme Song.”

In addition to her music career, she has also showcased her acting skills in movies like “Peony Pavilion” and “Tonight Nobody Goes Home.”

Get ready to experience the magical world of one of the world’s most beloved magical girls ever. 

Cardcaptor Sakura” is undeniably one of the world’s most beloved magical girls, and it had almost every young girl wanting to wear her battle costumes, own their own set of Clow Cards, and wield a Clow Staff. 

A popular and nostalgic figure in every girl’s childhood, everyone will now experience a part of Sakura’s magical world through the “Cardcaptor Sakura Exhibition – The Enchanted Museum.” 

For the first time ever in Southeast Asia, INCUBASE Studio will be bringing life to the world of Sakura Kinomoto and inviting fans from Malaysia and other countries to the upcoming “Cardcaptor Sakura Exhibition, The Enchanted Museum” at the INCUBASE Arena Malaysia, Level 2, Fahrenheit 88 in Kuala Lumpur from Apr. 12 to June 11, 2025.

This exhibition celebrates the beloved manga series that began serialization in 1996. The series has deeply resonated with audiences of all ages worldwide, capturing the hearts of many with its themes of love, courage, adventure, and more. 

Take on a journey of nostalgia and a refreshing take on Sakura’s adventures with Kero-chan, Tomoyo Daidouji, Syaoran Li, Touya Kinomoto, and Yukito Tsukishiro through this exhibition. 

Highlights of the Cardcaptor Sakura Exhibition – The Enchanted Museum

The exhibition has three main spaces – Flower Room, Giant Kero, and Maze of Original Drawings.

The Flower Room is a space where visitors can see the iconic flowers from the manga decorating the walls, transporting them into Sakura’s serene world. 

Ever wanted to see Kero-chan in real life? Now, you can with this Giant Kero space, and even take pictures with Sakura’s best guardian friend! 

At the Maze of Original Drawings, visitors and fans can see 200 original drawings from the manga and animation. 

Apart from the immersive spaces, the exhibition will feature exclusive merchandise, as well as a selection of goods imported directly from Japan!

EXO’s Suho to Hold the 'Meet Your SUperstar' Concert this May 2025

Looks like another EXO member is coming to Malaysia soon. 

Get ready to witness an unforgettable moment with EXO’s leader Suho as he performs for his “Meet Your SUperstarconcert at the Mega Star Arena in Kuala Lumpur on May 30, 2025.

Organized by Falcon Skills Academy, Mastree Creation, and Stormex Entertainment, the upcoming concert will also be Suho’s first performance in Kuala Lumpur, almost a year after his solo concert in the same venue. 

He also recently performed at the Kota Kinabalu Countdown 2025 festival on Dec. 31, 2024.

Kim Jun-myeon, more famously known as Suho, is the leader and member of the South Korean boy group EXO. He debuted in 2012 with the EP, “Mama.” He debuted as a solo artist in March 2020 with his debut EP “Self-Portrait,” becoming the fourth EXO member to debut. 

Apart from being a singer, he has dabbled in television, film, and theatre acting, with his most recent roles being Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart in the South Korean production of Mozart! in 2023, and Crown Prince Yi Geon for the drama “Missing Crown Prince” in 2024.

Suho recently concluded his 2024 “Suho World Concert Tour ‘Su:Home’” last Jan. 25 to 26, 2025, in Seoul.

BABYMONSTER To Hold ‘Hello Monsters’ World Tour in Kuala Lumpur this June

“Batter Up,” Malaysian Monstiez! K-Pop girl group BABYMONSTER is bringing their world tour to Kuala Lumpur this June!

The seven-member group announced their first-ever world tourHello Monsters” earlier this year with several stops across Asia and the US. On Mar. 13, Live Nation Malaysia finally announced the details for their KL stop, which is happening on June 21, 5 PM at the Axiata Arena

General ticket sales will commence on Mar. 21 via GoLive. Monstiez’s fan club members get first dibs with a special pre-sale on Mar. 18 from 11 AM to 11:59 PM. If you’re not a member, don’t worry! You can still register on Weverse until Mar. 16 (10:59 PM) to get access to the pre-sale.

Ready to go up, up, and away? 

Take to the skies and see Melaka from above with Melaka’s first hot air balloon attraction, SkyView Hot Air Balloon at Dataran Serajah in Ayer Keroh.

Starting Apr. 1, 2025, the tourist attraction will give locals, visitors, and tourists a chance to see a panoramic view of Melaka from 200 ft. Open from 5 PM to 11 PM on Tuesdays to Thursdays, and 4 PM to 12 MN on Fridays to Sundays, visitors can go on a romantic hot air balloon ride at sunset, or at night with the stars. 

Two hot air balloons will be launching on Apr. 1, 2025, with a ride priced at RM99 for locals, RM120 for international tourists, and RM70 for Melaka residents on weekdays.

Skyview Hot Air Balloon will be launched as part of the Visit Melaka Year initiative and will remain open for one year and a half

“The introduction of this new attraction is in line with Melaka’s commitment to strengthen the state’s tourism sector in the eyes of the world, in conjunction with the celebration of World Tourism Day in September 2025 and Visit Melaka Year, running until 2026,” said Chief Minister Datuk Seri Ab Rauf Yusoh during the pre-launching ceremony held on Feb. 26, 2025.

BTOB Heads to Malaysia for their ‘3,2,1 GO! MELympic’ Fan-Con this April

BTOB’s celebrating their 13th Debut Anniversary!

Popular K-pop boy group BTOB will be making their way to Malaysia real soon for their 2025 BTOB FAN CON “3,2,1 GO! MELympic” at the Zepp Kuala Lumpur on Apr. 19, 2025.

While originally having six members, only Eunkwang, Minhyuk, Hyunsik, and Peniel will be participating in the fan concert. Changsub won’t be participating due to undisclosed reasons, while Sungjae is currently promoting his work as an actor. 

This will mark BTOB’s return to Malaysia since 2018, after their first solo performance at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC).

2025 BTOB “3,2,1 GO! MELympic” in Kuala Lumpur

Sprint with BTOB as they celebrate their 13 years as a K-Pop group at the Zepp Kuala Lumpur on Apr. 19, 2025, at 3 PM. Ticketing details and prices haven’t been revealed yet by FriedRice Entertainment, but stay tuned for updates once they go live!

BTOB – Born To Beat

BTOB, an acronym for Born to Beat, is a six-member boy group that debuted in 2012 under Cube Entertainment. Comprised of members Eunkwang, Minhyuk, Changsub, Hyunsik, Peniel, and Sungjae, the group has received mainstream success since their debut, most especially with their ballad tracks “It’s Okay,” “Remember That,” “Missing You,” and more. 

They are renowned for their vocal prowess, winning the “Best Vocal Group” award in numerous music award shows in South Korea.

Taiwanese Retro Band Icyball to Hold '2025 Day By Day' Tour in Malaysia

Icyball (冰球乐团) is making their highly anticipated return to Malaysia this May 2025!

On Feb. 24, 2025, the Taiwanese quartet announced that they will be holding their “2025 Day By Day” Tour in May 2025, performing in Macau, Singapore, and Malaysia

Known for their charming retro sound combining jazz, vintage pop, electronic, and poetic lyrics, Icyball has captivated fans since their debut album “I’m So Gentle” in 2021. They have amassed millions of streams on most of their songs across different platforms, solidifying their status as a band to watch out for. 

The band last performed in Malaysia in 2023 for their “Boyz On Top” Asia tour, and was met with warm positive vibes from their fans. 

Icyball will be performing in Malaysia on May 17, 2025 at 8 PM, at the Jio Space. Tickets for the “2025 Day By Day” show in Malaysia are now available on the Ticketek website. Tickets to the show are priced at RM238 (PS3), RM288 (PS2), RM338 (PS1), and RM388 (VIP). Buy your tickets here.

Japanese Musician Yuika Brings First Asia Tour to Kuala Lumpur this April

Heads up, Malaysian J-Pop fans! Singer-songwriter Yuika (ユイカ) is coming to Kuala Lumpur this April!

The rising J-Pop sensation known for her viral love songs is officially going on tour this April. Her first Asia tour kicks off on Apr. 17 in Shanghai, followed by Guangzhou and Kuala Lumpur.

The KL show will take place on Apr. 20, 8 PM at Zepp Kuala Lumpur, marking the artist’s first performance in Southeast Asia. Organized by IchigoLive, ticket sales commence on Feb. 24 at 2 PM via BookMyShow

All ticket zones have numbered seating and are priced at RM360 for VIP, RM260 for GA, and RM360 for Duo (package set of two tickets). VIP tickets also include exclusive perks such as early access to the venue and merch counters, and an autograph session with Yuika!

Yuika burst onto the scene in 2021 with her self-composed track, “Sukidakara (Because I Like You)," which was inspired by a secret crush on her classmate.
