Macao Int'l Documentary Film Festival Debuts Sept. 8 with Theme of ‘Change’

Macao's premier annual event, the Macao International Documentary Film Festival (MOIDF), returns this year from Sept. 8 to 24 with an intriguing theme of “Change.”

Encompassing five sections, “New Release,” “Taste of Portuguese,” “Director in Focus,” “Classic-Doc,” and “In Between,” this year's festival offers a diverse selection of newly released documentaries and classic films.

Documentaries such as On the Adamant, All the Beauty and Bloodshed, Silence in the Dust, Seven Winters in Tehran, Myanmar Diaries, and 20 Days in Mariupol join the roster for the two-week-long festival.

Attendees can also participate in exciting seminars with celebrated directors and industry professionals, fostering an atmosphere of dynamic interaction and learning.

An exhilarating experience lies in store with the introduction of the exhibition "A Personal Museum of Truth," which challenges attendees to envision the world from new and unexplored perspectives.
